Ticketing system

The main advantage of our ticketing system is that any content and technical change requests for the report are clearly documented and traceable. It also makes for efficient processing of such requests, especially during the final implemen­tation phase.

Hosting & Domain integration

The availability of digital reports is vitally important. To minimise the impact of a possible outage, nexxar uses multiple sites for hosting the digital reports all over Europe. Each of these sites has uplinks to major internet exchange points. nexxar chose them as a result of extensive research to achieve optimal diversification in terms of availability.

The sites are adressed in the Domain Name Service (DNS) via a Canonical Name (CNAME) record for an easy integration into existing client domains.
