Online First reporting from a single source

Deutsche Telekom and nexxar have been working together on annual and interim digital reports for more than five years now. Since the beginning of 2024 the product portfolio has been enlarged with the HR Factbook, and since 2025, with the Remunaration Report and the Corporate Responsibility Report – all online microsites and PDFs for the company aligned and from a single source.

While the annual report and the interim reports of the following year always use the same design concept, the landing pages of the HR Factbook, the Remuneration Report, and the CR Report differ from the others a bit, which increases their recognition value. All publications are adorned with animated shapes and key figures while keeping the balance between the dominant magenta and the bright secondary colours.

First impressions count

The landing page of the Annual Report 2024 shines in magenta, of course, combined with a new vibrant wave element – which was brought to life by Paradots. This element is also used in the Remuneration Report and the HR Factbook, where it was slightly adapted. The CR Report’s landing page leaves more space for the new secondary colours, thanks to magenta, however, it is still clear that you are on a Deutsche Telekom microsite. With the animated background elements and key figures, the CEO video, and the forewords of the management, the landing pages make powerful first impressions with vivid page components.

Clickable strategy wheel

To facilitate users the processing of Deutsche Telekom’s complex strategy, nexxar developed a clickable strategy graphic based on the client’s static Flywheel. Spiced up with key figures, icons, and graphics the wheel allows you to dive deep into the different topics that are at core of the strategy in a dynamic way.

Reporting beyond ESRS

ESRS was on everyone’s mouth in the past reporting period. Deutsche Telekom reported according to the new standards too, however, they dared to go a step further, and published a highly appealing Corporate Responsibility Report focussing on their CR strategy and ESG topics. Guided by animated shapes the users are led through the photo-rich report, including brand new elements, such as clickable time lines.

PDF from Online First approach

One of the biggest advantages of nexxar’s CMS system is that it can generate fully functional and accessible PDF versions of all online reports harmonising with their unique designs via a click on a single button. The PDF reports also include clickable elements, such as top navigation and links, which facilitate the browsing through the pages.
